I think a good show idea is those people who are currently renting what I'd consider sub-standard or a dump and are able to purchase the property but need advice on whether to buy the property and re-do it, tear it down and start over or walk away from it.
This is a great story, it seems like Greg has gone through a tough time and is coming out the other end. I'll be eager to see how this ends!
OK, I'm hooked! Did Greg go with the L-shaped couch, or not? The suspense… All kidding aside, this really is interesting, because so many people (including me) are having to downsize and re-think their spaces. I like this series!
We have rental units…as a landlord these are great face lift tips for us in between renters. Thxs!
great advice…. sometimes an independent management company can help with small issue that arise in a rental.
